Elf (Pale)
Pale Elves stem from the Howling Morass and Iron Redoubt, and are somewhat of a rare sight outside of it.
Their namesake and unifying feature is porcelain-white skin. Most Pale Elves also have white or black hair and solid black eyes.
They're often seen as somewhat unsettling, not helped by the fact that they're usually in service of the Iron Redoubt.
Darkvision. 60ft
Necrotic Resistance. You have Resistance to Necrotic Damage.
Clear Thought. Add 1d4 to all Intelligence Skill Checks. Subtract 1d4 from all Wisdom Skill Checks.
Ghost Step. Starting at 3rd Level, you can teleport up to 30ft (no Action required) to a point you've seen this turn. Both you and the target point must be hidden from all creatures. Recharges on a Short Rest or at Midnight.
Disturbing Visions. You can give yourself advantage on one roll (decided before you roll). However, if you roll a 1 on any of the dice, you must use that result and it cannot be rerolled by any means. After you use this feature, you must complete a long rest during which you sleep before you can use it again.
Pale Elves don't dream like most creatures. They're half-lucid in a black void that occasionally shows them unsettling, cryptic flashes of the future that are indecipherable until the moment happens.
